Thoralby is a small village on a minor
road not far from West Burton and the Wensleydale
village of Aysgarth with it's well known falls.

A small Dales
village, it has a shop and a pub, the George
Inn
. The annual
village fete takes place on the first Sunday of August and the local
village hall hosts regular events such as barn dances and bridge
evenings.
Most of the houses are adjacent to the green with
